If you want to talk to Allah, then pray. If you want Allah to talk to you, then read the Quran. It is the best cure to light your heart.
And the best of you are those who learn the Quran and teach it. [Darimi, Sahih]
Read the Quran everyday, so you don't forget it.
Whoever reads the Quran and memorizes it, Allah will admit him to Paradise and allow him to intercede for ten of his family members who all deserved to enter Hell. [Ibn Majah]
